3. construction method

1) basical work: make level layer of the wall according to building requirement, and do well waterproof
2) filp line: distinguish the tile color, size, and design, confirm the tile interval slot (generally slot is 8mm), comfirm the designing request of paving (in “工“shape, or “井”shape), and on the dry level layer, flip the marking ruling line according to the design request and tile actual size.
3) Dip tile: split tiles should put into the water before paving, and take out , dry the surface for paving.
4. Paving: use spatule spoon to plaster the cement on the backside of tiles,to full paving the backsides of tiles, no left any slot, then paving on the wall according to the marking ruling line. Otherwise, the wall surface will happen cement ooze and separate, and turn white, or shedding tear etc.
5. stuff the slot. there are two kind of methods:
1)use spatule spoon to stuff the slot: put the slurry which made of cement and sand (sand: cement=1:2) on the gray board, plaster the slurry into smooth thickness 8mm board, then use spatule spoon to devided into 8mmX8mm stick, put into the tile slot, clean extra slurry of tile surface,try to avoid cement dirty the tile surface by
2)A large sale plaster slot: first clean the tile surface by water, let tile surface dry, use the above proportion cement-sand slurry plaster the slot, after the cement-sand slurry of tile slot is solidify slightly, use the rubber sheet clean the slurry of the tile surface, then getting wet the sponge and wring out the water, clean the surface in time and let it without cement mark.
Remark: in order to keep the surface beauty and best effection, we suggest the customer use the first methods to stuff.
6. 6.scratch the slot: the effect of tile slot have three kind: concavo-convex, concave flat, and in level with tiles. Different design of tile slot will have different decoration effection. After stuffing the slot according to the designing request, use the scratching tool as well as cleaning cloth to clean the tile surface. Attention: requesting strictly tight of the gap, without any leak, no higher than tiles. otherwise, the wall surface will happen cement ooze and separate, and turn white, or shedding tear etc.
7. clean and maintain: about after 30 hours stuffing the slot (Or you could refer to the actual weather), as certain intensity of solidifies, from up to down , rinsing the tile surface in all-round way with water. Attention: you should control well of the time, otherwise the tile surface will happen dirty surface, turn white, destroy the decoration effection seriously. if outside wall is still not clean yet, you could use 2-3% muriatic acid water to clean from up to down rinsing the tiles surface in all-round way( attention: before acid-cleaning, please do water the tile surface), then clean with a prenty of water in due time.
8. Do not stain the tile surface during the constuction
